Domus Sibyllina, Galleria Umberto I Naples

I had a great stay in a historic building, close to the opera and other landmarks. The room was clean and comfortable, with a big bed and ample wardrobe space. The bathroom had hot water throughout the day. The owner was very helpful, giving suggestions for dinner and assisting us when we got lost. Breakfast at the nearby cafe was excellent.

The view from the room was limited, with limited sunlight during the day.

The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the main tourist attractions. The apartment was well-designed, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. We loved the beautiful windows overlooking the Galeria and the added convenience of having a fridge in the room. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as occasional noise from the football matches at night and a slight smell in the bathroom, we had a wonderful experience. The hosts, Michele and Sara, were great and provided us with helpful information about local restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for its perfect location, cleanliness, and attentive hosts.

Central location near metro and shopping street. Unusual and magnificent window view. Friendly and helpful host. Excellent value for money in historic building. Exciting old elevator. Comfortable bed and hot water throughout the day. Helpful concierge and manager. Fabulous setting and easy for tourism.

I had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse in the heart of the city. The self check-in process was easy, and the detailed instructions made it convenient. The hotel building itself is beautiful, and the view from my room window was fine. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed, including a fridge with water and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel also had excellent security, making me feel safe. the location was marvellous, right in the city centre and close to the opera. The staff, especially Fulvio, were friendly and accommodating, and their attention to detail was excellent.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Ideal location, convenient, safe, shops nearby, excellent bed, modern equipment.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

This hotel was fantastic value for money - we couldn't believe how affordable it was for such a central location right in the heart of the action. The room worked perfectly as a mini apartment with its own kitchen, which was a huge bonus. The staff were also incredibly helpful and attentive, providing us with lots of useful information and recommendations for exploring the city. The attention to detail, such as the self check-in process, really impressed us. we couldn't fault our stay at this hotel.
